Why is medical grade skincare better?
Firstly, you need to know why you should be using medical grade products. Although some skincare products you can find in the shops are great, medical grade skincare products have much higher “actives”, aka, higher concentrations of active ingredients. This means that they will be more effective at targeting your skin concerns and also take less time to do so.
These products have gone through extensive and rigorous testing, so they are results-driven products and have proven results. As medical grade skincare products are not able to be purchased from anywhere other than licensed retailers, you will receive an in-depth consultation with a trained skincare therapist prior to purchasing. During this consultation, the therapist will be able to identify the best products and treatment plan for your skin.

Created by award winning dermatologist, Dr. Zein Obagi, this skincare line has products that cater for an array of different skin concerns and types. The line features complete medical grade skincare, that provide visible and significant results. In the clinics we stock the full systems but also some individual products too. Here’s some of the OBAGI Medical products that we offer:
OBAGI Nu-Derm System:
Arguably one of OBAGI’s most iconic skincare ranges, the Nu-Derm system is the most universal. This is the program for you if you are suffering from age spots, pigmentation, redness and even acne. The system sets you up with a complete skincare routine with 6 products, all the way from cleanser to SPF. You can either chose from the Normal/Dry System or the Normal/Oily System depending on your skin type. If you are unsure of your skin type, one of our therapists will be able to identify this during your consultation. This product range is transformative and over time is proven to give you younger, healthier and and smoother skin. OBAGI Clenziderm System:
If you suffer from acne related issues and have an oilier skin type, then the Clenziderm system will be your best friend. This three step program will help to transform your skin and combat the acne deep below the skin’s surface. The range includes a daily cleanser, a targeted acne treatment and a lotion to provide you with the best results. The products are formulated with 2% Salicylic Acid, which is a BHA that works deep within the pores of the skin to unclog sebum and debris thats can cause the acne. OBAGI Hydrate:
If you are looking for a new moisturiser then look no further than OBAGI Hydrate. This non-irritating formula provides eight hours of deep hydration whilst combatting signs of ageing, making it perfect for all skin types. OBAGI Vitamin C Serum:
Vitamin C is a powerhouse ingredient that’s used to promote brighter skin and combat pigmentation issues and age spots. We offer the three different concentrations of this serum at the clinics: 10%, 15% and 20%. If your skin is irritated or sensitive then we recommend starting with the lowest concentration serum.
