Booking your appointment
Booking your appointment is incredibly easy and can be done in more ways than one. Book a consultation or go straight to your appointment by calling, emailing or booking online. More of a texter? WhatsApp us instead and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Arriving at the clinic
Arrive to your chosen clinic 5 minutes before your appointment and our therapists will check you in through their Ipads. Our reception is at our Southgate clinic only, so this quick & easy check-in process saves your time, and ours. You’ll fill in a few forms on our Ipad, so that we’ve got all the necessary health and contact information, to make your treatment as safe as possible.
If you’re having an aesthetics treatment or you’d like some advice before you book in, a consultation with our Therapists or Doctor is a necessity. We will analyse your skin concerns and discuss how you’d like to improve the appearance of your skin or overall look. The consultation usually lasts between 15-45 minutes, where from this, we will create your bespoke treatment plan.
Now to the best part! Based off of your consultation, our therapists or Doctor will begin the treatment plan that you discussed. Your treatment will take place in a clean, safe environment.
Post Treatment & Aftercare
The journey to better, clearer skin and an improved look doesn’t just stop when you leave the clinic. We provide detailed post-treatment aftercare so that you can take care of your skin in the comfort of your own home, whilst recommending clinic-favourite products and ingredients that will be suitable to your skin type.
