What is a Superfacial?
If you think that a facial sounds like a traditional skin treatment, think again!
At Simply Clinics Southgate, we use a new treatment called the GeneO+® which offers four treatments in one;
- Exfoliation and removal of dead cells from the top layer of the skin

How many treatments will I need?
The GeneO+® treatment offers stunning results after just one treatment and longer-term improvements after a course. We recommend six treatments over six weeks and then monthly top-ups to maintain the fantastic benefits of the GeneO+® Superfacial.
The treatment will take one hour at our gorgeous Southgate salon. You can relax, enjoy the experience, and have complete confidence in our highly trained and friendly staff.
Will there be any downtime?
There won’t be any downtime after your treatment, but your skin may feel a little sensitive and flushed afterwards. It is important to protect your skin while it is in this sensitive state by taking a few precautions before and after the treatment. A little extra care will also help to preserve the benefits of the GeneO+® treatment.
You should suspend the use of ‘active’ skincare like AHA, products containing salicylic acid, retinoids, and acne treatment for 72 hours before and after the treatment. Of course, you should always protect your skin from the sun but be extra careful for 24 hours after the super facial. It is a good idea to factor 50 on the treated area. It will help your skin to settle down if you avoid anything that will make your skin hotter and more flushed, like sauna, steam rooms, and the gym for a couple of days.

Southgate is a leafy North London suburb near to larger Enfield and is only half an hour from the centre of London by tube. If you come by tube, look at Grade 2 listed Southgate Underground station that was built in the 1930s and is famous for its striking design.
