How can I be treated at Simply Clinics?
Step 1: Consultation
Prior to your treatment at our Southgate clinic, you will be offered a consultation. This will allow you to talk through your skin concerns and treatment goals with the doctor. During this consultation the doctor will make you aware of any potential side effects or risks. They will also talk you through the appropriate aftercare for your chosen treatment. The consultation usually lasts between 15-45 minutes and you can choose to have your treatment on the same day.
Step 2: Book your appointment
Once you have had a chance to speak to one of our doctors or therapists and you have chosen the best treatment for you, the next stage is to book your appointment. To book an appointment you can either call, WhatsApp, email or book straight from our website here.
Step 3: Arrive at the clinic
Our reception is at our Southgate clinic, so when you arrive you will be given a few forms asking about your health and contact information to ensure your treatment is as safe as possible. Aim to arrive to the clinic 5 minutes before your appointment time so our therapists can check you in before your appointment starts.
Step 4: Treatment
Once you’ve been checked into our Southgate clinic, our therapist or doctor will begin your treatment in one of our treatment rooms. Your treatment will take place in a clean, safe environment.
Step 5: Aftercare
Your skin’s journey doesn’t end after the appointment and our doctors or therapists will provide you with detailed appropriate aftercare. You can also find information about aftercare on our website. We may also recommend some of our clinic-favourite products that will be suitable for your skin.
